New Zealand
New Zealand rabbits are a dual purpose breed that was developed in America around 1912.
There are 4 accepted varieties of the breed which are; white, black, red, broken and the newest blue.
On our farm we breed white and the less common black and broken black. We value our New Zealands and have been working with our lines for over 5 years now. They are wonderful mothers and produce consistently. They also have good temperaments, we had one of our bucks go to a home where he became a therapy rabbit. We often have young pedigreed stock available throughout the year, as well as the occasional Senior. Contact us for meat inquiries.
Mini Rex
Their small size, plush coat and friendly personalities make Mini Rex one of the most popular rabbit breeds. They are popular as show and pet rabbits, and stand apart from other breeds because of their extremely soft coat and compact size. When mature they generally weigh between 3.5 and 4.5 pounds. If raised correctly Mini Rex have wonderful and playful temperaments and make great pets with unique personalities. We sell our beloved Mini Rex to good homes where they become pets, are used for show or 4H and some are sold as breeding stock with full pedigrees.
Flemish Giant
Flemish Giants are and always will be a very loved and popular breed of rabbit. They are large, weighing anywhere from 13 lb. to 20 lbs. They have a massive build and should be well proportioned and balanced throughout with a giant set of ears. Flemish are known for their docile and sweet temperaments. I find this to be one of their best traits and also why they make wonderful pets. Our stock is fully pedigreed and are sold as pets, for show, and breeding stock. We have worked hard to acquire unrelated herds in three colors; fawn, sandy and blue. Our Flemish are bred color correct and in general we produce litters throughout the year. These are the real deal.
